BERYL NICEWANNER MUSCATINE, Iowa - Beryl Nicewanner, 73, of Muscatine, died Thursday, November 22, 2001, at her home. Services will be 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Ostrem of the Zion Lutheran Church will officiate. A private burial will be held in Montpelier Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Muscatine Humane Society. Mrs. Nicewanner was born on December 6, 1927, in England, the daughter of James Andrew and Dorothy Ainsworth Richardson. She had worked for Fridley Theaters in Muscatine. Survivors include a son, Andrew D. Nicewanner of St. Louis, Missouri; a daughter, Sharon McGrath of Denver, Colorado; a grandson, Chad Edwards; a granddaughter, Jodi Moore, and a niece, Laurie Kneese and her children. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Bruce Staber.
