Genevieve Zapletal TIPTON - Genevieve quot;WeWee quot; Margaret Zapletal, 83, of Tipton, died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1999, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton. The Rev. Francis Henricksen will officiate. Burial will be at the Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Tipton. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Zapletal was born on Jan. 11, 1916, in Wheatland, the son of Chester J. and Mary K. Eden Hover. She married Harold F. Joe Lemburg on Sept. 21, 1935, in Davenport and later divorced. She married Frank C. Zapletal on July 27, 1951, in New Port, R. I. She received her education from the Davenport schools. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Davenport. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include two sons, Tom Lemburg and his wife, Dianna, of Tipton and Jerry Lemburg and his wife, Joanie of Blue Grass; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mary Hover; her husband, Frank Zapletal in 1983; and a daughter RuthAnn Cole.
