Funeral Time: March 13th, 2019 CARNES, Keith Dairl, 76, husband of the late Vivian Louise Carter Carnes, died March 9, 2019 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born Mar. 30, 1942 in Williamsburg, KY, he was the son of the late James W. and Lucille Carr Carnes. Mr. Carnes was a retired bus driver for the Fayette County School System. Survivors include two children, Patricia Tuttle, Lexington, KY and Charles (Frances) Lairson, Frankfort, KY; seven special grandchildren; two special great grandchildren; and one sister, Freida Fox, London, KY. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Carnes. A graveside service and burial will take place 11:30 am Wed., Mar. 13, at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
