Lucille Lysinger DURANT, Iowa #45;- Lucille F. Lysinger, 94, Durant, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Davenport. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Bentley Funeral Home, Durant. The Rev. Nancy Hoelter will officiate. Musical selections will be provided by vocalist, Henry Bentley. Pallbearers are Don Giffore, Lorin Fox, Dean Stoltenberg, Phil Wiebel, Rod Hansen and Dave Lewis. Burial will be at the Durant Cemetery, Durant. Visitation is 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Durant Ambulance Service. Mrs. Lysinger was born March 11, 1909, in Durant, the daughter of Charles and Katherine Stuhr Lautz. She married Jay W. Lysinger Oct. 12, 1940, in Palmyra, Mo. He preceded her in death April 6, 1985. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, sewing, cooking and baking. She made handmade cards and decorations. Survivors include two nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, Donald Lautz.
