Funeral Time: March 16th, 2022 Karen Cole Stevenson, age 69 of Lexington, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022, at her residence. She was born September 26, 1952, in Cynthiana, KY, a daughter of the late Alson and Virgie Dickerson Cole. Karen was a retired Dietary Services Operations Manager with St. Joseph East Hospital and a member of Revival Tabernacle Church. She leaves behind: two sons, Ronald King, Jr., and Timothy "T.K." King; grandchildren, Ronald King III, Katherine King, Noah King, Laurel King, Autumn King, and Abigail King; adopted grandson, Kalub Russell; four sisters, Betty (Robert) Hannah, Debbie (Randy) Gill, Verna Lewis, and Linda Fraley; brothers, Alson Cole, Jr., Virgie Cole, and Ricky Cole. Funeral services will be 12:00 pm Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Rd. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Tuesday, March 15th, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Timothy Lee, Jr., Michael Newton, Ronald King III, Noah King, Sam Reed, and Kalub Russell.
