Born March 24, 1938 in New Orleans, LA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Henry and Mary Arrigo John. Patricia was a member of the Crossing Church of Lexington. She is survived by her sister Mary Catherine Gurtner; niece, Denise Hall; nephew, Melvin Hadley (Jamie); great nieces Amanda Daigle (Randy) and Catherine Hadley; great nephew, Larry Hall; several great great nieces and nephews; and her spiritual daughter, Marykaye Wilson.
