Richard Hubbard Sr. WHITE STONE, Virginia. #45;- Richard Frank Hubbard Sr., 75, of White Stone, formerly of Muscatine, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003. Memorial services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 in the Chapel at Grace Episcopal Church, Kilmarnock, Virginia. The Rev. Hugh C. White will officiate. Memorials may be made to Kilmarnock-Lancaster Rescue Squad at P.O. Box 333, Kilmarnock, VA 22482. The Currie Funeral Home Inc., Kilmarnock, is handling the arrangements. He was a retired General Electric Company operations manager and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Hubbard; five children, Roxanne Hubbard of Annapolis, Md., Richard F. Hubbard Jr. of Garnavillo, Ronald Hubbard of Oakton, Va., Regina Dolan of Lake Orion, Mich., and Russell Hubbard of West Chicago, Ill.; four stepchildren, Karen Dickens of Chesapeake Beach, Md., Charles Butler of Chesapeake, Va., Janet Gibson of Prince Frederick, Md., and John Butler of Virginia Beach, Va.; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
